Ensure Your Device is eSIM Compatible: First, make sure that your device supports eSIM technology. Most modern smartphones, including many models from Apple, Samsung, and Google, are equipped with eSIM capabilities.

Purchase Your eSIM Plan: Choose any one of the eSIM products we provide on our website to purchase.

Locate Your eSIM Installation Details: After your purchase, you will receive an email with an eSIM profile. This includes a QR code, which is essential for the installation process.

Scan the QR Code: On your device, go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add Cellular Plan (the exact path might vary slightly depending on your device). Use your device’s camera to scan the QR code provided in the email.

Install the eSIM Profile: After scanning the QR code, your device will prompt you to install the eSIM profile. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Activate Your eSIM: Once installed, you might need to activate the eSIM by toggling it on in your device’s settings. You can usually choose it as your primary or secondary line, depending on your device and needs.

No APN Settings Required: Good news! There are no APN details needed for our eSIM plans, so you should be connected and ready to go once the installation is complete.

How to Install Mullvad VPN Using an Account Code and Product Key

Step 1: Create Your Mullvad Account (Get an Account Code)

Go to Mullvad's Website:

Open your browser and visit mullvad.net.

Generate Your Account Code:

• On the homepage, click "Get Account".
• Mullvad will generate a 16-digit account code for you. This code is unique to your account and acts as your username for Mullvad.
• Important: You don't need to provide personal information to get the account code; just copy or save this code somewhere safe because you'll use it to log in to Mullvad VPN.

Step 2: Download and Install Mullvad VPN

Go to the Download Page:

Visit Mullvad’s Download Page.

Choose Your Platform:

• Windows: Click the Windows icon to download the installer.
• macOS: Click the macOS icon to download the file.
• Linux: Follow the instructions specific to your Linux distribution.
• Mobile Devices: You can find the Mullvad app on Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS). Search for "Mullvad VPN" and install the app.

Install the App:

• For Windows and macOS: After downloading the file, open it and follow the on-screen instructions to install Mullvad VPN.

Step 3: Log In Using Your Account Code

Open the Mullvad VPN App:

Log In:

Enter Your Product Key:

• After logging in with your account code, navigate to the "Account" or "Payment" section in the app.
• Enter the product key you received to add balance or subscription time to your account.

Step 5: Connect to a VPN Server

Select a Server Location:

In the Mullvad VPN app, you’ll see a list of server locations around the world. Pick the server location you want to connect to.

Click "Connect":

Once you’ve selected your server, click the "Connect" button to establish your VPN connection.

Step 6: Verify Your VPN Connection

Check Connection Status:
After connecting, the app should show that you are connected to the VPN.

Verify IP Change:

To make sure your VPN connection is active, visit a site like WhatIsMyIP.com and confirm that your IP address has changed to the server's location.

Additional Tips:

• Account Management: You can always manage your account and product keys via the Mullvad website by entering your account code.
• Notifications: Enable notifications within the app to get real-time updates on your connection status.
